Alright, so today I wanted to take a little time to show you how I made the timelapse video I did showing a backyard transformation that took place over almost 4 months.

Now all of the timelapse video I shot with my daughter's cheap little ipod and it worked really great. I got tired of the limitations of the ipod default timelapse and jumped over to a great little app called LapseIt.

I then exported all the footage and pulled it into the computer.

The video itself is pretty simple, largely involving retiming clips to make them fit into one song. And I also cover some other cool tricks like adding motion to time lapse clips to give it a sense of motion control.
